Servicing Analyst

How You Will Contribute:

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of active real estate loans from post-closing through payoff.
  • Process and apply borrower payments accurately, including principal, interest, fees, and escrow.
  • Monitor loan balances, payment schedules, delinquencies, maturity dates, and extensions.
  • Prepare and send monthly statements, payoff statements, and other borrower notices.
  • Respond to borrower inquiries primarily via email or text, with occasional phone communication, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized loan records within internal servicing systems.
  • Coordinate loan payoffs, extensions, modifications, and reconciliations with internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan data, payment histories, and documentation.
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and general administrative tasks related to loan servicing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in loan servicing, real estate lending, or financial operations is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and quick to learn loan servicing systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with borrowers and internal teams.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Cold Caller

How You Will Contribute:

  • Make Outbound Calls (90%)
    • Contact potential real estate clients, introduce our services, and understand their needs.
    • Answer inquiries, provide information, and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Administrative Tasks (10%)
    • Maintain and update a detailed database of leads, logging all interactions.
    • Stay informed on real estate trends to communicate effectively with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally in the real estate industry, with strong communication skills to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of working independently, meeting goals, and keeping accurate records.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, market trends, and property types, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, offering additional opportunities for bilingual candidates.
